All that I see is Spirit’s reflection,

 All that I do is Spirit’s expression,

 All that I feel is Spirit inside me,

 All that I know is that Spirit abides me.

 In all that there is, there is only One.

 I open my heart,

the time has now come,

 To claim what is Truth;

the perfection in me,

 And live my life fully and joyously free.
